Task 4
Answer the following questionnaire with a yes or no answer and then get your result with the scoring table. After that, tell us what are you going to do to improve your diet? (at least 5 things)
Well, according to the questions got eleven do not, I have no story that I have a very healthy life if you promise: 1. - Eat more fruits and vegetables. 2. - Not take many drinks and more water. 3. - Try to eat less junk food. 4. - More exercise (walking, biking, etc..) Cristopher Lazo F.
There you have a lot of things to do! I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables and very little junk food; I drink a little water and a lot of coffee... I love exercising, but have no time to do so :( See you, Chris!
According to the questionnaire, I have 6 no answers, which means that my eating habits are not good but also not too bad. I really like the vegetables and fruits, but also I really loved the fast food jajaja but I don't eated every time. I think that my eating habits are very normal, I eat more vegetables that fast food. And I really liked the exercise, especially biking! I prefer water before soda.
1.- Not drink too much coffee 2.- Not eat too much candy, sugar or other sweet thing 3.- Eat more fresh products 4.- Drink more water 5.- Evitate the alcoholic drinks (hard but not impossible)
Well this is embarrassing but I got 15 No answers , that means I should eat healthier to have a better life , now I'm doing something about it . promise >.<

What about juice? I don't really like tap water :$... but I think that getting juice by boiling some fruit is quite healthy, too (of course, without adding any sugar). "Stevia" is kind of a nice alternative to sugar and other products, to my mind at least. Rgds,
well, actually I do not lead a very healthy life, but from what I read these tips are good for healthy living and healthy. Try eating some variety of fruit daily, vegetables and grain. reduce intake of all foods and beverages high in calories, sugar, salt, fat and of course, alcohol. Try to maintain a balanced diet and a healthy weight. Stay active during the day. This can be accomplished with the simple habit of walking for half an hour a day, at a good pace. This will strengthen your muscles and improve your lungs and heart. carrying out these tips can improve health, Cheers :)
Absolutely! I think that walking is the best. At the uni I always take the stairs because, on the one hand, I hate to wait for the elevator; on the other, walking is super healthy. See you, Mauro!

9 no answers...!! I have to do something about it, but my excuse is I don't have enough time. I have some other unhealthy habits, too. I smoke at least 5 cigarettes a day, I spend a lot of time at the computer, I eat too much chocolate xD,and I sleep very little. What am I doing about it? Well, now I'm trying to eat less chocolate (only once a week). I'm not exercising because I don't have time to go to the gym, but I'm walking home every day; and, at the uni, I always prefer stairs to the elevator. Besides, I take a walk with my two-year-old child almost every afternoon and that's good exercise because I have to keep chasing him.

Damaris, I think I am not going to try the questionnaire, because I can get a destructive result... but for sure, I'm going to change my eating habits. It will be hard but also it will be great.

I do not think I have bad habits because I'm biking all weekends, drink milk with cereal every day and I like to eat vegetables and fruits I don't smoke, I just really like the sugar ( as candies,cakes and pancakes <3 ) I must change this. I don't want troubles in the future.
Macka, I think what is most difficult for me is doing exercises... I really love outdoor sports, but I don't have enough time to practice them. So, I congratulate you, try to continue biking on weekends. Good idea!!! Regards,
According to the questions I have 2 no answers. This means that I´m very well in my nutrition program. I´m very proud!! My healthy habits are don´t drink coffee, I prefer milk or tea, I don´t smoke, I like eat vegetables, fruit (especially in the mornings),drink a lot of water and I love working out.
ufff... reduce sugar? impossible for me... I have a sweet tooth... really I love eating sweet food like chocolate, pancakes, cookies, candies, lemon pie, apple pie and so on... So, I don't know how to change this habit? Can you give me another piece of advice to reduce sweet food? Thank you,
HELLO!! According to this questionnaire I have only one meaning that my diet is very healthy because I am vegetarians approximately 2 years ago and that means I eat mostly vegetables and no meat of any kind since the whole process is painful it must move the animals in factories which makes it impossible to eat meat because it makes me very sad for the animals also go to the gym every day for an hour and no fast food or candy that makes my diet is healthier :)

Well according to the questionnaire I have eight "No" answer probably that's not so good for my health, but I don't care because I'm very good for eat and one year ago I checked my level of cholesterol and all was ok, maybe I have a good metabolism also I used to do a lot of exercises and practice martial arts because is a good way to get a better health and body.
